Teagan began tap and ballet! She loves her tap shoes and wears them around the house. She cried and wanted me to go in the room with her, but I couldn't because Aislinn was going in her class, which I thought I was going to have to go in with her. But wait, so Teagan, was absolutely amazing! How much she has grown in just the 6 weeks off from dance! She's in her same room as last year, but new teacher. She did EVERYTHING she was asked off and LOVED it! Riordan was with me and really got a kick out of watching her! Right now it's her and two other girls in the class, but it will surely grow in time.
Aislinn went right into her room and onto a mat and was laughing! I could have kicked myself for not bringing a camera!! But once she realized I wasn't coming in she began to cry, but she didn't move! I watched her and could hear her cry, for the first 15 mins but still did everything her teacher told her to do. Then when she stopped crying she really started to get into it! I think she's the youngest in the class, it's 2 and 3 year olds, being that she is still 1, but two next month, holy moly! I was SO impressed and so proud of her! Riordan wanted me to go get her when we could still hear her crying, so concerned. She came out with big smile and a sticker on her hand!! I can't wait to see how next week goes.
My girls are so grown up, I'm still in shock of yesterday! How did this happen so fast? I had a pull up on Aislinn as well, we are on day 7 of potty training and she didn't go and was in it for 2 hours! She waited to go when we got home, amazing, which included a stop at Chick Fil a for lunch ;-)
Today we are home all day and looking forward to it. I need down time, the house is a wreck! Also, I finally got put on antibiotics yesterday for this sinus infection and hoping it begins soon to kick in!
